Welcome to Marchese Property Valuations

With CGT reform now law, 1 July 2027 will be a defining date for many clients' asset positions - particularly those holding property acquired before 20 September 1985, which will be deemed disposed of and reacquired at market value on that date.

Complete the form with client and property details, along with the preferred inspection window, and our team will confirm a date and next steps within four business days.

Early submissions get priority access to preferred dates — particularly across June 2027, which we expect to book out well in advance.
